SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a $5 flat rate national shipping through USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 days to be delivered to you. Standard worldwide shipping is available price may vary with the option to upgrade to express shipping at an additional cost.
Custom fees and duties may apply to international orders, and will be payable by the customer. All packages are tracked.
Galeria Label is not responsible in case of lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages even if the tracking dictated that it has been delivered.

WRONG ADDRESS
Galeria Label is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address. Please email us at info@galerialable.com if you notice any errors as soon as possible & we'll be happy to update the address if the parcel has not been sent already. Once the order has left our facilities we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If package is returned due to address being incorrect, the re-shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us at info@galerialabel.com within 7 days of receipt of goods explaining the reasoning for your return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you on the approval of your return. Refunds will be issued immediately to the original form of payment. Customer is responsible of return shipping costs.

If you would like an adjustment on your items, additional fees may apply, please contact us upon receiving.
Do YOU make custom pieces?
We are able to create custom pieces with prints we currently do not offer. Please fill out a form on our contact page, or message us directly on any of our social media pages. Currently, only strapless and underbust corsets can be customized.
How do I wash my items?
Items should be treated with care. Please hand wash and air dry as needed. Any fine wrinkles may be carefully steamed. Do not bleach, machine wash, or machine dry.
